Beep Baap Bop

00h 04m 00s

You're probably wondering what kind of title that is. Well, it's the Peopleoid language. Let us explain.

Beep

In the Peopleoid language, Beep means Idea.

Every project starts with an idea. At first, the idea may be unclear, vivid, unfinished, or shattered all over the place, but it can be visualized only within your mind. But that's okay; it's normal, so don't be scared away.

As soon as you get an idea, it is very important to write it down on a piece of paper or on your phone using the Notes app. Often times, when someone gets an idea, they think to themselves, "What a cool idea! I'll memorize it for later!". But guess what happens later? They forget about it, partially or completely.

Peopleoids don't like to watch great ideas die or be forgotten. We want to execute your vision and transform those ideas into reality.

When it comes to getting ideas, we like to categorize them into two segments:

  1. [BAD] Ideas that you look for (push effect)
  2. [GOOD] Ideas that come to you (pull effect)

PUSH EFFECT: Through the past several years and our whole careers, we have learned that no matter how hard you try to think of a new idea, you will either fail, or if you do think of something, it will probably end up being a bad idea. That is simply the harsh reality. If you have to push (force) yourself to think of an idea, it's better to take some coffee and relax your mind instead.

PULL EFFECT: This is the preferred way, in our opinion, to get ideas. When you get an idea and you don't know how you got it, that's because the idea has come to you. Like a magnet, you pull (induce) that idea towards you without realizing it, effortlessly. Usually, ideas that come to you like this are the ones that end up being extremely valuable. These are the types of ideas worth building. When you get an idea like this, write it down immediately in your notes in as many details as possible.

Baap

In the Peopleoid language, Baap means Start.

You have an idea that came to you. Great! So, now what? This is usually where almost everyone quits. Understandably, because just some of the questions that need to be answered are:

  • How do you start?
  • Where do you start?
  • You don't have enough time?
  • How do you manage project risks?
  • You don't have enough resources?
  • What technology stack should I use?
  • AI can't do it well enough for you?
  • You don't have the required knowledge?
  • How do I create a scalable architecture?
  • How do I estimate the project timeline and costs?

Sounds overwhelming. Who would want to put up with all of that work, right? Well, that's where Peopleoids come into play. Let us handle all the hard work for you.

Some Humanoids think the hardest part is thinking of an idea (beep). But that's not true. In reality, an even harder part is starting to work on that idea (baap).

Therefore, the most important thing, regardless of how difficult it may seem, is to start working on that idea.

Bop

In the Peopleoid language, Bop means Finish.

Now that you have a brilliant idea that came to you and have started working on it, the next and final step is to finish it.

That may seem obvious and trivial. But in reality, lots of "life stuff" happens that spirals out of control, such as:

  • Insufficient testing
  • Technical difficulties
  • Inefficient team dynamics
  • Scalability and maintainability
  • Budget and resource constraints
  • Poor project planning and management
  • External factors (such as economic downturns)
  • Changing requirements or the scope of the project often

And plenty more. Because of these reasons, projects get delayed, canceled, or abandoned, resulting in their failure to complete. This is why, at the beginning, the project software requirements specification (SRS) has to clearly define how the software is supposed to work, as well as its purpose and vision, to ensure a successful completion (Bop) of the project.

Conclusion

At Peopleoid, we know what to do and what not to do, from Beep all the way up to Bop.

After having a discussion about your project's vision, we will make suggestions on what could be changed from a technical standpoint in order to amplify the success of your project as well as its development speed.

We always optimize clients' projects with focus a on making them easy to use for end-users. This is to ensure that our clients can generate as many sales as possible and maximize the overall success of their project.
